6th Symposium on the International Mobility of German Students

Berlin, May 10 – 11, 2012

 

A symposium on the international mobility of German students will take place from May 10 – 11, 2012. The event is organised by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in co-operation with ICWE GmbH.

The programme will include presentations of ‘Study Abroad Concepts for University Students and Graduates’. The event is taking place in conjunction with StudyWorld 2012 and the symposium themes are directly linked to the topics covered by the fair. The symposium is aimed at university staff working in the fields of administration, international exchange and public relations, as well as representatives from different faculties and institutes. The event will also be of interest to StudyWorld 2012 exhibitors and international visitors to the fair. The conference language is German.

The key concepts and focuses of the symposium have been chosen in an effort to motivate universities to support student mobility and to promote the internationalisation of German universities.
